The City’s Comprehensive Plan update underway includes map changes that determine the location and type of residential and commercial uses in our neighborhood. Sunnyside’s Land Use & Transportation Committee meeting this Monday at 7:30 pm in the SE Uplift building (3534 SE Main St) will discuss these map changes and forward a recommendation to the Neighborhood Association Board for approval.
Come out on Monday evening to hear about elements of the 50-unit, four story apartment building (ground floor retail) under construction at Hawthorne & 47th. A City rep will also be giving a preview of the Comprehensive Plan update’s map changes in Sunnyside and how it could be translated into Zoning.
LUTC meetings are the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:30 pm in the SE Uplift building (3534 SE Main St).
